The base station (AP) and grocery shelf labels: 

2.4G Bluetooth wireless transmission is used between the base station and the price tag, there is no limit to the number of digital price display connected to a base station, that is, there is no limit to the number of base stations, grocery shelf labels, and users. Our software is installed on the server computer, which generally has a fixed IP.  No matter what kind of network it is in, as long as the network communication between the base station, server and user is normal, it can work normally.

1. Q: How many base stations are needed per store?

A: A single base station can cover up to 5 thousand digital price display or even more according to your request, and has 20+ meters radius coverage area or customized, so the base stations quantity is up to your store’s environment. 

2. Q: How does base station supply power?

A:The base station is powered by POE, and POE power supply is also included in the packaging.

3. Q: What transmission technology do you use?

A: Transmission Technology: Radio frequency 2.4g, Anti-interference from mobile phone and other WIFI equipment.

4. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is negotiable for large quantity.

5. Q: What battery does grocery shelf labels use? What is the battery life? Can customers replace the battery by themselves? 

A: ESL digital price display use non-rechargeable button battery (CR2450) and the battery life is about 5 years. Customers can buy the battery in local easily and replace battery by themselves easily.
